For existing NAFA members who haven’t logged into the new website yet, follow these simple directions:
Your USERNAME for the new NAFA website is YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, the same email address NAFA uses to send you membership updates and other emails.
First thing to do is reset your password....
On the new home page you will see a ‘SIGN IN’ area with a link to ‘Forgot your password?’
OR.... At the top of this page click the SIGN IN link...
Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link which will direct you to the password reset page.
On the password reset page you must provide the USERNAME or EMAIL ADDRESS associated with your membership profile.
Upon submitting a valid USERNAME or EMAIL ADDRESS, an email will be sent to the address associated with your profile. The email will contain a link back to the NAFA website to reset your password.
You may need to check your email program's SPAM filter as this "Reset Password" email may be treated as SPAM.
Please Note: Password reset email links expire after 24 hours.
