11/22/2024 Update: Can you believe we are already only about a week away from the meet?! I wanted to share some registration information with you about some of the changes that will be occurring based off of meet survey feedback about the registration process. The biggest change will be 3 sessions for pre-registered attendees only - many have provided the feedback about long wait times to register when they have already registered online ahead of time; we are hoping this keeps the process moving quickly and efficiently for everyone. One of these sessions will be on Saturday night for those who have arrived early and pre-registered! In an effort to keep things moving efficiently, please make sure your membership is current and will not expire before 12/7/2024. You must be a current member to participate in the meet. Registration will be held in the conference center classroom according to the following schedule: Pre-Registered Attendees Only: Saturday 11/30: 7pm - 8pm (tentative) Sunday 12/1: 8:30am - 10am & 2pm - 3pm Registration Open for All Attendees: Sunday 12/1: 10am - 12:30pm & 3pm - 5:30pm Sunday 12/1 (Limited Availability): 6:30pm - 8pm Monday 12/2: 9am - 12pm & 2pm - 5:30pm Monday 12/2 (Limited Availability): 6:30pm - 8pm Tuesday 12/3: 12pm - 2pm Wednesday 12/4: 8am - 10am Wednesday 12/4: BANQUET TICKET PURCHASE DEADLINE @ 2pm Thursday 12/5: 12pm - 2pm If you missed pre-registration and are registering at the meet, please note that meet swag is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. We do the best we can to predict meet attendance. Swag items must be ordered in accordance with product availability and production deadlines set by the supplier. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! Can't wait to see you all soon! - Lauren 10/28/2024 Update: Pre-Registration is now closed - you can still register in person at the meet - registration times will be posted this week! The deadline for cancellations for a refund has also passed. If you have questions or need to update your registration, please reach out to Lauren Redig - membership@n-a-f-a.com or 480-788-6232. Please note, due to a high number of spam calls, you must leave a voicemail or send a text message to receive a call back! If you are no longer attending and have not yet cancelled your hotel reservation, please let Lauren know before cancelling with the hotel - she has been working hard to make sure the rooms that open up become available to meet attendees before the general public! As of last night, the Fairfield Inn and Suites was still booked for the meet, but the Hampton Inn still had rooms available!
